Bridal Packages

Each service has been specially designed with the Bridal couple in mind. Bridal couples can choose a package to suit their needs or I can customize as little or as many services they desire. With so many brides and their families working in this day and age, a wedding coordinator can handle much of the time consuming, detailed planning of your wedding. You save time, reduce stress and concentrate on having fun with family and friends as your wedding approaches.

Planning weddings or any special event can be stressful financially on both the couple and their families. A wedding coordinator is a part of your budget, not an extra expense. In fact, you often save money because a coordinator suggests affordable alternatives to those sticky financial situations, that still enhance your wedding. I will work closely with you and your fiancé to produce the ultimate dream wedding, including my fee, all within your budget.

Sweet Beginnings

Every beginning should be a “Sweet beginning” and after months of careful preparations, why worry about all the details. This package is perfect for the couple who has planned their wedding but wants to relax and enjoy the brilliance of their perfect day. Here at TLS Wedding Designs, I will take care of all the remaining details of your special occasion giving you the much needed rest and relaxation you and your families deserve, making you feel like a guest at your own wedding. 

You’ll receive:

• Detailed initial meeting to discuss the wedding
• Complete wedding day itinerary
• Unlimited E-mail and telephone contact the week before the event
• Rehearsal, ceremony and reception management*
• Coordinate with vendors
• Setup of all the necessary items at the reception such as: placement of menus, place cards, seating charts, wedding favors, signing table, etc.

*I will stay until the First Dance or 9:30 PM, whichever comes first

Costs: $750.00 CDN

Princess Package

What girl doesn’t want to feel like a princess?? What a more perfect day than on your wedding day. You may have already planned certain parts of your wedding and need assistance in other areas.  I will cover the basics to help create the wedding that will give lasting memories for a lifetime.

You’ll receive:

• Five 3 hour meetings, 3 months in advance, to review the vendors you’ve hired
• The “Sweet Beginnings” Package
• Assist with theme development completion
• Prepare rehearsal and wedding day schedules
• Coordinate with vendors already chosen
• Prepare vendor schedules
• Review vendor contracts and contact vendors to confirm all services agreed upon, time of delivery & setup

*I will stay until the First Dance or 9:30 PM, whichever comes first

Costs: $1500.00 CDN

Royale Package

Showcase the ordinary in an extraordinary way. With this package you and your fiancé will feel like royalty on your wedding day.  I will ensure that your event is picture perfect from start to finish. I will meet with you 4 to 6 months in advance to help plan the Fairy Tale wedding you’ve always dreamed of. 

You’ll receive:

• Biweekly meetings
• The “Sweet Beginnings” Package
• The “Princess” Package
• Accompany to 4 vendor interviews as well as location site
• Budget management
• Progress Reports
• Assist with theme development which includes:
  Assisting choosing colors & accents
  Linens: Table runners, Table cloths, Napkins, Chair covers, Sashes
  Decor: Floral arrangements, decorations
  Centerpiece Design
  Rentals: China, Glassware, Chairs, Tables, Backdrops, Pillars, Archways, Candelabras, Lighting.
  Venue Design: Placement of Tables, Head table, Seating arrangements
• Detailed wedding checklist
• Provide wedding schedules to vendors, bridal party & officiate
• Guest lodging acquisition
• Confirm with all vendors one week prior to wedding
• Distribute final payment/gratuities to vendors
• Decorating Services (up to 4 hours)
  Includes setup and take down

Elite Package
